Anyone can use this offer whether they received the actual text or not. To make use of it you can take a screen shot and scan it at the cash just as you would scan the image from the text. There are some offers lately which have had the Optimum number attached to them, but the Tuesday text offer is still able to be used by everyone.
If you are using coupons do make sure that your subtotal is exactly $60 or more before coupons are applied in order to get your points.
