It’s a bit of a slow week in terms of deals with coupons, but with the holidays around the corner we can expect all sorts of promotions in the near future. In the meantime, watch for new tear pad coupons that are just coming out in stores. Loblaws banners, Metro, Sobeys, Freshco, and Food Basics are all great places to find coupons. Many Loblaws banner stores have now done away with their coupon board, so keep your eyes peeled as you walk the aisles.

There is another Kellogg’s cereal promo at No Frills Ontario this week which could mean more free cereal depending which variety you buy and which coupons you use. You’ll get 5,000 PC Optimum points for every $12 spent on all sizes and types of Kellogg’s cereal. Watch for specially marked family size boxes that will get you a free box when you purchase two.
