I take that back. You have to be a member of “Club SoftMoc” – which I thought I was…. I had to go to the live help button & get them to forward me an activation for Club SoftMoc, then put the code in after activating the link in the email. Bit of a pain, but it worked.

When I finally got it to work (the whole thing took 40 minutes!!!) I was able to save $126 plus the taxes from that amount. I bought a pair of Uggs, the care kit to go with them and a pair of birkenstocks. It was awsome because those three items were on my christmas list and now with the savings my husband can buy me more presents!
