I go to Starbucks every day. Every year I get shut out on this promotion. There are “none left” no matter what time I go…..”while supplies last”.
My mail says a free cup with any beverage purchased. I asked for my cup this morning and they said it had to be a hand crafted holiday beverage. I’ll be emailing Starbucks.
First customer order of the day at my local Starbucks and got a plain green cup. Not limited edition red cup. Lame

I’ve gotten for the past 2 years – at first I thought you just get the cup with any beverage, and then last year I was told it has to be a handcrafted beverage so I got the Chesnut Praline Latte. I went around 8 am both years and was able to get. Gonna try shortly, almost 10 am now.
I got my cup today. I asked the lady who served me and she told me that in previous year, you are required to buy a holiday beverage to get the cup. But this year, any drink in any size would get you one. I got 2 cups of plain coffee in tall (total was $5.09 and I got 2 cups). The lady told me that it is easier to get the cup this year since they are not doing the $0.50 off holiday beverage with the cup from now until Christmas deal like they did in prior year since they are not allowed to fill refillable cups due to COVID.
