I believe the Eatons Centre is open today. Malls that are in designated tourist areas are allowed to be open.
I’m not 100% sure but Vaughn Mills is usually open holidays…oh the joys of not working there anymore. 🙂
I checked citytv.ca and it says that Eaton Centre, Vaughan Mills, and Pacific Mall are all open.
