Forum member  osirus11 spotted a great clearance deal at Target.  They have started to mark down 9 Mega Rolls packs of Royale toilet tissue for just $2.96.  While most of their coupons specify 12 rolls or more, there was a $3 coupon valid on any Royale which you can use to get this free!  Even better, snapsaves have a rebate for $1 off any Royale toilet paper this week so you can make money buying it too!

Walmart sells the 12 pack of Royale mega rolls for $12.96 so this is a significant savings over the regular price.   osirus11 lives in BC so it may not be available in all markets but definitely worth checking.
