The fine print says “Not valid on free shipping promotions or other ongoing promotions.” So…does this mean there would be a $10 shipping charge even if the total is over $25?

Says submission deadline is the 14th??? Anyway, fine print here states codes will be sent out on the 17th…with the caveat the “Umbra has the right to change any and all part of this promotion without prior notice to its customers”. Ick. I find that a bit sketchy.
