No free bagels at the Richmond Hill location. Even though I show them this add, all I got was, “…sorry Sir we do not know about this…”.

Yes, many people found it does not apply at their store (which often happens with birthday freebies) — many you need to sign up to their website and they send you a bday coupon a couple of weeks before so maybe see if they have a mailing list?

No bagels are the eglinton location. They said it was for ‘regular’ customers only.
