I’m getting new eye glasses on tues, and will get my eye prescription,so I can take advantage of this offer.I will be a first timer.

Ella, it includes 1.50 index single vision or reading prescription lenses free. Lens upgrades do cost extra though if you want thinner, tinted or multifocal glasses

I ordered my free glasses from them in early January — very pleased with the glasses I got. (Oscar de la Renta tort). Cost me $19.94, and the prescription is accurate. However, I’ve since ordered a different pair under their half price special, and the one lens prescription is screwy; their customer service is very good, though, there is a guarantee on their products, and a return postage is apparently in the snail mail to me. A word of advice — get your PD and prescription ready ahead of time, and select the glasses you want (can NOT be from the “coupons not applicable”), since some styles sell out. They have advice on how to select your right size frame, and the virtual mirror for trying on glasses is very helpful.

It cost me $19.54 for shipping & handling. Service was quick and they answer their email. I’m very happy with Clearly Contacts. The glasses work as expected as well. All this after paying $600.00 for terrible service from LensCrafters.

Does anyone know what the extra cost would be if prescription is higher than 1.5

It isn’t your prescription at 1.5, that’s the index of the standard plastic lens. (My prescription is –2.00, and I still took the standard lens.) The extra charge is on the polycarbonate, or the thinner lenses, if you want anti shatter lenses (for sports, or for kids), or if you usually get thinner lenses for a really high prescription. If I remember, there is a choice of 3 optional lenses, ranging from about $30.-50.(?) You can also choose to add anti reflective, etc.
