I got over 50% off on a full length down parka, and they had an extra $30 off orders over a certain amount. I can’t wait to get it! I actually just returned the same type of parka to Land’s End because I wasn’t happy with the style, it was a bit too big and the hood didn’t have fur, although I did love the dark purple colour. The EB parka was more expensive so hopefully I’ll like it, and it will fit. Of course I didn’t like having to pay shipping ($17) on top, but at least EB includes the duty so you know exactly what you’re paying, rather than having a big surprise when the package arrives. I was considering changing the size after I ordered, and I called EB customer service just a few hours after I placed the original order and they said there was no way to change the order after it was placed. I thought this was a bit weird.Is that standard practice for most on-line shopping? Their return policy is good though, I can return it to any EB store or send it back if it doesn’t fit.
