Save $15 off $100 at Sears.ca by using the code 941612477. I received this in one of my Sears.ca order inserts. Per­fect time for the Christ­mas sea­son.   I pre­fer to online shop more then in-store for presents the past few years. Less hus­tle and bus­tle, no scream­ing kids, play­ing “hide the present” from the kids in the store, and I’ve been find­ing some fab deals the last few years online!

Edited to add– Appar­ently this code isn’t work­ing  for every­one, but heres a code for $10 off $100 coupon 941612468 which is valid until the end of November.

    I tried to use this online today (Nov 23, 2009) and it seemed to work, but then prices went back to nor­mal on the con­fir­ma­tion page. I phoned Sears. They can­celled the order and tried to do it again for me using the coupon over the phone. The sys­tem rejected the coupon… so I used a $10 off $100 coupon instead, which is good till Nov 30/09: 941612468

    I tried using the code on Fri­day night — same prob­lem as Fiona. Didn’t mat­ter what card Sears tried to use, it kept error­ing out. Cus­tomer Ser­vice bounced me from per­son to per­son; finally I just can­celled my order.

    I had the worst online shop­ping expe­ri­ence I’ve ever had, at sears.ca.

    This was about a month ago.

    I bought a $1500 snowblower.

    I received a voice mes­sage advis­ing me of deliv­ery the next day. I had sched­uled my deliv­ery for the week­end, which would’ve been three days later than when they were delivering.

    I called to inquire why my date was arbi­trar­ily changed. I was told, “Oh, we always have prob­lems with our online deliv­ery sys­tem!” Unreal!

    Any­how, with­out bor­ing you with too much info, my date must’ve been resched­uled by Sears at least three times…the worst ser­vice I’ve received in a long time!

    I won’t ever by from sears.ca again for home deliv­ery. If I do use this code, it will be for some­thing small I can pick up at the store.

    And another thing…I never received my invoice via email like they tell you will hap­pen after you con­firm your order.

    That’s a pretty big pur­chase to not have any proof.

    I had to call them to get them to mail an invoice to me.

    Not impressed with their online site.

    Well nei­ther of the codes shown above worked for me so I called the 1–800 num­ber and they have hon­ored the $15 off. Unfor­tu­nately, they are going to charge me the whole thing and I have to request the credit when I pick up the item but at least I got my sav­ings.
    Down­side is that I missed out on the 2.1% cashback.

    Strange kip­per, Ive bought a washer, dryer, fridge, stove, dish­washer etc and never had prob­lems with the deliv­ery dates. They’ve always been the date I’ve cho­sen. Sucks some have trou­ble, I’ve only had trou­ble once or twice in the hun­dreds of times I’ve used Sears.

    Kip­per, I can relate. While I didn’t pur­chase a snow­blower, I did pur­chase many items back in the begin­ning of Novem­ber, with the “bright idea” that I would get the major­ity of my Christ­mas shop­ping done early. I received my invoice via email, which showed the esti­mated arrival dates, as all items I ordered were shown as instock. A week goes by, with no phone call or email about my order, which should be ready accord­ing to the orig­i­nal email. I call their CS line and turns out all but two items that I ordered are not in stock, but back­o­rdered, and won’t be ready until Decem­ber 31st. Obvi­ously that doesn’t do me any good, so I ask to can­cel my order, and am told I can’t. I have to wait for the goods to arrive, and then return them for a refund. I spoke to sev­eral CS reps and was told the same thing. I will never shop with sears.ca again. I not only have to pay for my Credit card so i won’t have to pay inter­est on goods I don’t even have, but I have to fork out more money again to go out and buy my xmas gifts.

    I received a card from sears.ca…15% off when you spend $100 or more, and pay with Sears Mas­ter­card or Sears card. Offer ends Jan. 31/10.Limit one Bonus Offer Num­ber per cus­tomer. Used it Jan. 10– no prob­lem. Tried to use it Jan. 15-number rejected.Sears rep. said you can only use it one time; that is not the way I inter­pret “One Bonus Offer Num­ber per cus­tomer”. I Emailed sears..received an auto­mated reply..said they would respond within ten days (!) I’ve enjoyed reli­able ser­vice from my Sears card since 1970, but now I’m won­der­ing if things are get­ting shaky at Sears Canada.
