I’ve had nothing but problems working with vistaprint – first they cut my business cards wrong (if someone had taken a look at the finished product it would have been obvious; there were white edges everywhere)
they reordered them for me for free, but changed the font style & made them glossy instead of matted (so they were barely readable)
THEN they gave me a credit that I can’t use because the promotion I used to get the cards is long gone & you can’t use two methods of payment; since my credit won’t cover my order, I have to pay for the whole thing another way.

I ordered a bunch of things for my wedding and i was impressed with the quality for the price.
I ordered business cards and very impressed so I thought I would use the logo from my cards to that of my online invoices – problem is that they wont let me use the jpgs from the business cards on my online letterhead. So these cards are totally useless to me!
