It does seem like a significant piece of information, but any women planning on getting (or trying) pregnant should take these vitamins as well as pregnant women and should keep taking them until AT LEAST breastfeeding is over. Adequate amount of vitamins are necessary in the first few months of pregnancy – at a stage most women are still unaware/ not sure they are indeed pregnant.
That being said, I find the Centrum being much more expensive than the store brands, for the exact same amount of everything in them. Unless you get the Centrum during a super sale – they can definitely get cheaper than store brands.
