   I fill out the form but when i try clicking the submit form the button disappears. anyone else having this problem?

   Not working for me either, in Firefox. Bummer, it was finally a freebie for my electrician husband.

   The “submit” disappears, and then shows up again, but nothing happens. I tried in both FireFox and Google Chrome.

   I got it to work, this is what it says
   “Thank you for requesting a sample of the Best Vinyl Electrical Tape for Cold Weather. We know you’re going to love it! You should receive the sample via post in approximately 3 – 4 weeks.”

   It worked for me, too. This is what it said:
   “Thank you for requesting a sample of the Best Vinyl Electrical Tape for Cold Weather. We know you’re going to love it! You should receive the sample via post in approximately 3 – 4 weeks.”
   Only issue I had was that it requires you fill in a job title, but I don’t have a job title, so I just filled in a made up one for myself 😀
   (I’m in Ontario and use Google Chrome as my web browser, if that helps)
