Loblaws PhotoLab is offering 4×6 digital prints for $0.12 each (from March 25 to April 2 only). You can place your order online at Photolab.ca and then pick-up you photos the same day, or you can directly place your order in-store.
Walmart has a similar offer but it is only available online at Walmart’s PhotoCentre.
