Some hints for those experiencing issues
Click on any product you have tried from the main Neutrogena page. Under the product picture will be PRODUCT REVIEWS, you may have to click on it to drop down the text boxes.
Click WRITE REVIEW and rate the product and write the review. Click PREVIEW
It will take you to a new page, click SUBMIT and make sure you checked the box that you agree to their terms
On the final page will be the link to print your coupon

You have to select a product, then write the review. Once you submit, you should see a link to the coupon.
