This offer is valid until February the 23rd, and unlike the gift card, the bonus card does have an expiry date. Once you receive your bonus be sure to make use of it quickly. The bonus reward is valid for 30 days after the offer end date of February 23rd.

At the moment it is only eGift cards that are available, however, the website does say that physical cards are coming soon. The bonus reward will be send to the email address that you use at checkout. There is a limit of two bonus rewards per gift card transaction.
