Amazon.ca has an amazing offer on a 650-piece set LEGO Basic Bricks set as it is currently being sold for 55% off the regular price of $106.85, now just $47.90. Most LEGO sets like this sell for much more when you consider the sheer quantity of building bricks included in the set; with there being 650 pieces, each piece would work out to just costing you $0.07.
What’s really great about these big box LEGO sets is how limitless the creations are, as there are no prescribed instructions to design a specific outcome leaving the choice entirely within your child’s two hands.
Amazon.ca will also ship this item for free since it is above the $25 minimum, but you had better act fast as hot deals like this tend to sell out pretty fast!

The MSRP is definitely not $106.85 for a 650 set of basic Lego bricks. The 107 is an inflated 3rd party vendor price to make it look like a deal. The MSRP on this item is $35. If you pay anything more than $35 you are being taken for a ride.
Dan, thank you so much for your comments here. I just cancelled the order I placed. Didn’t check to make sure it was a good price. Assumed because it was posted here it was a sure bet. Thanks again!!
Thanks for clearing that up Dan – didn’t see the Toys R Us deal on this set!
Yep, 39.99 at Toys R Us. No deal at all.
