I got this deal a few weeks ago and used this pot daily since I got. I love it for cooking steel cut oats, quinoa, rice, steaming beets, chicken soup and stews. I have not tried the yoghurt function yet. We try not to eat meals out, and this pot really helps with making fast nutritious meals. The recipe booklet is very basic, but you can get lots of recipes from Pintrest and pressure cooker blogs.
