While the warmer weather does not scream crock pot meals, the days are longer and who wants to slave over the stove in the heat?  Walmart recently dropped the price of the manual dial model of the 4 quart Crock-Pot to just $18 from $32 and Amazon has already price-matched this clearance deal.

This 4Qt Crockpot has two temperature settings plus a warming mode.  The 3.7L oval bowl is dishwasher safe, has an easy clean coating and is large enough to feed 4-5 people.  The major downside to this is that it does not have a built in timer if you want it to shut off after a certain amount of time.  But if you are at home to turn it off, $18 is a great price to pick one up.
