Is there huge duty on this?
there is duty, so i cancelled my order.
Unless you find something that you absolutely can’t live without, buying online from the US is pretty much never a bargain.
Well, I purchased some things and the duty was added on, and wasnt that much! I still think its a great deal!
Jackie…the best time to buy stuff online from the US is right before you make a trip there so you can bring it back home personally.
I usually do all of my shopping online through AE and 77kids… I never minded the duty, as I buy with my 40% codes (from the ae access pass) and only on free shipping days, and usually only from the clearance setion. Also, often if you leave things sit in your cart, they email you 15% and 20% off coupon codes. I also always get 15% off coupon codes with my 77kids orders. As I live in an isolated area, with no places to shop for clothes, I personally think it is worth it!
gilly, do you have a coupon code that you could possibly share for 77kids? i want to put an order in, but would like an additional savings to offset the duty and conversion charges.
Sonia, yes, I do– but, alas I believe read this too late for you to take advantage of the free shipping- Actually, the coupon code works for AE merchandise too, even though it came with a 77kids order. If I post it here though (it is a one time use code), others might take it, and you wouldn’t be able to use it… ack!
Their deals weren’t that great, I’ve seen sweaters for $20 before and most of the cute shirts were sold out.

I cancelled my order cuz of the 19 dollars duty on my 150 dollar duties.
Do you guys know of the stuff will be at my local mall? Theres no point buying online I guess?
