I ordered from them to take advantage of the free shipping in the beginning of August and paid by paypal. I received the paypal confirmation but never received any from AE. So I wrote to them and they didn’t have any record of the purchase. I send them the paypal confirmation too but still they couldn’t locate the order. Their customer service is one of the WORST I have ever experienced and I would definitely not recommend anyone to order from them online.
