Atom Tickets has been around in the US for a while but recently added several Canadian movie theatres including Landmark Cinemas. Right now, if you download the Atom App, you will get your first movie ticket free at Landmark and select other movie theatres (Cineplex is not included).
Even better, your free movie can even be used on premium times, movies or 3D movies without paying the surcharge, so a great time to go to the movies for less. You only get one free movie per app, but you can download it on multiple devices for family to attend a free movie with you.
Once you have used your free movie, you can also get a free popcorn when you pay for two tickets. Check in on the app as you approach the movie theatre and you can pre-purchase your concessions and they will have them ready for you so you can skip the line. All special offers are available for a limited time, so get your free movie soon.

Scroll through the local theatres and if they have a participating one (any you can buy a ticket for) you can redeem a free movie.
I think it’s only available in once province (Calgary) as per another site. I am pretty certain that it’s not available in Ontario
