The ad says 5-8pm local time but the blurb above says 5-8pm EST. I’m guessing it is actually local time and not EST?

5-8 pm EST applies if you are shopping online.
Just went into the store and it was 40% off *all* merchandise, not just shorts and tops! Even the sale stuff was an extra 40% off! What a deal!
