Bench Canada is offering you a chance to win a $1,000 Bench shopping spree, plus a signed baseball from former Major League Baseball alumni, Vladimir Guerrero and Orlando Cabrera. While the signed baseball has a value that is essentially priceless, the shopping spree is valued to be worth $1,000 and all you have to do to qualify for the drawing is fill out this form before April 3rd at 11:59pm CT.
You will have to be at least 13 years of age to enter this contest at Bench, and you must also be a legal resident of Canada.
