Bench has announced plans to close all of its stores in Canada. There are currently 24 Bench locations across Canada. Lawrence Routtenberg said further details, including when the stores will close and how many employees will be affected, are yet to be finalized.

Bench is a British born active-inspired brand which designs, sources and markets cool and distinctive products. The brand originated in the late 80s as a niche t-shirt brand. Since the humble Manchester beginnings, Bench’s distribution has extended globally; the brand is now sold worldwide in Europe, USA, Canada and Australia.
