First, I tried with my personal credit card- next day they canceled our order because my “billing information did not match my credit card” – which Is ridiculous as I’ve never had an issue with the card.
Decided to Try again, this time using a prepaid Visa gift card – so there is no issue with the billing address. Again – canceled – as the credit card “was not issued in North America” – it is a Visa Gift card we received from our wedding that was bought locally in GTA. We’ve used the card before in other online transactions and never had an issue. Also – it is Visa! Widely accepted everywhere.
I don’t know if it s a “promotion code” issue or just ordering from their website, that has caused them to cancel my orders, but very displeased.
