“plum rewards” has to be the stupidest name for an affinity program ever.
It’s all in the meaning of the word plum… lol

5. Informal
a. something of a superior or desirable kind, such as a financial bonus

Great.
I get $10 in reward points that I can use towards a book that costs $10 more here in Canada.
Youpi.
Is 5000 plum points a big bonus though? I’m not aware of the rewards process for that card.
4500 points is $10 so it is decent, especially with free shipping.
If you order, make sure you get the bonus points. When I ordered this morning, there was a technical glitch that means I didn’t get the points. Chapters sent me an email saying they are manually crediting my account but just be aware that they did have the glitch.
Well I’m not impressed that I bought a Kobo Thursday and found out about this offer Friday. I emailed Chapters and asked what they could do about it, especially considering I spent almost $200 at the store Thursday. I guess the powers that be are unable to retroactively award 5000 plum points to my account. Sure wish I had of gone with a Kindle.
