I don’t think Quebec is excluded. On the french page it does not mention anything about the bundle but when you change the language to english it appears. At the bottom of the bundle page it only says that offer is not available at locations in Alberta!

Looks like a great offer! I told my husband that after all the money we spent at Christmas, January was going to be filled with hot dogs and Kraft Dinner! 🙂 With this special we may just be able to get out of the house a couple of times 😉
