If it says there is an error or you can’t do the survey, keep trying. I tried over and over for a few minutes and it finally worked 🙂
I got a couple of error messages and didn’t actually see the confirmation but when I logged in again, it told me that I had ordered for this period and they were on the way so hopefully it worked. It didn’t tell me what I was getting.
First it told me to update my profile so i did then it said it couldn’t be processed at this time and to try again later.

I specially do like the Febreeze cloth freshener and it is really good as I use it on my clothes and gives a fresh smell.
It will be nice if you discover something that will get clothes clean without having the need to wash and remove dirt.
Interestingly, I got an generic image the same as most people, that didn’t specify what samples I’d be getting. If you actually view the filename though, it’s a jpg with the word “ineligible”!
No specific details for me.
My mom got the error then generic message last time but still received some samples, so hopefully it’s the same case this time!

that sucks i wanted to try the Iams for my cat but I didn’t get that sample. My cat eats a way over priced brand thats like 40 dollars for a small bag… need to find a more affordable solution

Well it said choose 4 but there was 5 so i choose all 5 of them which many people mentioned above…before they used to send out more samples…it seems like these samples are the same like last time…but what am I complaining for…I give them away usually…
They didn’t give me an option to select which samples I want or tell me what I’ll receive… just said I’ll receive whatever they have or something.

I find it very odd that some said they could pick their samples and others not. This is very unfair. P&G can be a pain.

I keep getting an error there is something missing from my profile but when it directs me to my profile everything is there. So frustrating!
I’m only getting the generic “your samples will be delivered”. No choice of samples. I think last time this happened, it was after a few days of being up, and I only got one or two samples. Perhaps they will update with more stock.

Saw this yesterday but my computer at work wouldn’t let me onto the PG website. Signed in today and got 4 samples…Crest/Cascade/Alway/Olay. This is my first time getting the sampler, so excited.
They just sent me the email today letting me know that they went live and I rushed over to Smart Canucks to see when it ACTUALLY went live. I have how they send an email 3 days after the fact… Don’t know if I can still get any samples now 🙁

I am embarrassed for you, and ashamed that I live on a country where ppl are so hurting that they b!tch about getting free things. Go to work, make some money, and buy these things for yourselves..
