Does this have to be purchased @ SDM? Or just on the SDM mastercard? How do I know what is/is not included.

Selected means what the store chooses to put on sale (cans/bottles-individual or 2L). Check with the store staff or flyer to be sure. BTW, where was this offer promoted (flyer? Optimum member email? Mail?). A link to the source would be nice or at least mention of how offer became known.
No, you don’t needs a SDM credit card, just the SDM Optimum loyalty card. You can sign up for Optimum cards at the cash area. Do that before you choose your products for purchase (so you don’t hold up the other customers if only one till is open). You will need to fill in a form (password etc).
