Is it me, or does everyone have problems with this? I can’t scroll down far enough to get it to move forward to the last page. I seem to remember this happening before. 🙁
I remember this happening before too. Try pressing F11 to fill out the form, and then pressing it again when you are done. Last time it didn’t work for me, so I just emailed the company and they sent me a coupon. Hope this helps. (Thanks cheapskate101 for the information in the original thread :))
