Do various stores (of the same chain) have different tear offers? As the No Frills I went to today didn’t have a tear off for Dove, and last week my Zellers didn’t have the deoderant tear off. Is it worth me going to different locations?

Is there only the one printable available for Stayfree? I printed it to use at SDM for $2.99 sale, but the coupon states for regular price only.
The Dove deal at No Frills was turned down for me – the coupon says the 2 products must be from two different lines and the manager said something about the soap not being a full size product, but I didn’t buy that bull.
So the only way you could get free soap is if you buy another dove product and got only one dove soap for free. Still going cost you to buy the other dove product though.

Why do stores not allow coupons that are more than the cost of the product and sometimes they won’t accept them? These stores rip people off when they do this. They rip us off as a consumer as well as the company the coupon belongs to. Everyone knows that when they send in our coupons for reimbursement they are not going to say “oh by the way give us back $2.00 instead of the $3.00 the coupon reads because that is all we credited our customer”. This is B.S. I don’t know why we have such a hard time using coupons considering they will be reimbursed by the company anyway. I also don’t understand when I use a coupon to get something FREE why I have to pay taxes and/or levy depending on the product. Yesterday I used a Free 2L Coke coupon at safeway and the cashier charged me the tax and the levy when the coupon clearly says the company will give them back the purchase price plus the tax but not the levy/deposit. I argued with the cashier and she said that I should be lucky that I was being allowed to use the coupon so I said I didn’t want the pop and she wouldn’t give me back my coupon so I figured that if she won’t give it back just pay the tax and levy. I also hate it when 1 cashier will let you do something then you go back and end up with another cashier and they won’t let you it’s like each 1 has their own rules. Sorry for raving about all this but I certainly am getting discouraged and not wanting to use coupons just becuase of all the BS at the stores I have to deal with.
