Canadian Coupons: Get 25 Bonus Air Miles When You Spend $35 at Metro

I love that this coupon gets extended over and over. I didn’t take advantage of the December and January one, but this one is valid from Feb. 1-28, 2011, so there’s plenty of time to rack up those Air Miles. I hope they have lots of good flyer deals in February!

Thanks to naya for posting this great coupon!

So weird that you can get 25 bonus airmiles, but they aren’t an airmiles sponsor!

Metro is an air miles sponsor, has been since it was A&P.
Just clicked on the link above and got the coupon to print. By the way, the last one they had I printed 3 and they accepted them all.

Naya, how did you find this coupon? I’ve tried to navigate the annoying air miles site twice and can’t find this same coupon : I’m looking for the January one you said is available.
I just wanted to mention how much I LOATHE Air Miles. I think they are just parasites who have no added value and just help to boost the cost of goods and services. But they’re a necessary evil. I just use my card for bonus offers, though.

Sandra I had the same problem on the airmiles site. The only way that I found to get the January coupon is on the smartcanucks website. Go to the area that says “Site Search” and key in airmiles. This will bring up the old coupon. I just tried it and it worked. I would really like to know how Naya found this coupon on the airmiles website.

Misskitty79, you must live in Thunder Bay. Metro is an AirMiles sponsor everywhere EXCEPT in Thunder Bay. Because Safeway is also an AirMiles sponsor, and was established in Thunder Bay first, Metro cannot also be a sponsor in the same city – it’s a conflict of interest. Therefore, Metro in Thunder Bay gives out Thunder Bucks instead. It is the only store in Ontario that is like this.
