Light & Free has substantially less sugar in it than other yogurt products, and in case you were wondering, it does not appear to have any artificial sweetener in it. There is 4 grams of sugar per serving, and this is due to the production process involved. Danone has found a way to reduce the amount of naturally occurring sugar in the yogurt itself.

At Fortinos Ontario this week, the 4x95g packs are advertised for 3/$9.99, and the 710g tubs are $5.49, These would be $2.33 and $4.49 with the $1 coupon.
