I haven’t really priced these but I know there are displays of them in stores everywhere. On American sites the bars are about $8 for a package of 6, so a single bar would likely be close to free with this coupon. You may want to print the coupon and keep it with you. The bars are available in two different flavours, Cranberry Lemon Drizzle, and Cinnamon Oatmeal Raisin. Meta is actually short for the brand Metamucil, the fibre supplement, and these bars do provide 25% of the daily amount of fibres shown to help lower cholesterol. Probably a much tastier way to get more fibre in your diet than the orange Metamucil powder drink I would think!
