Yes, the way this coupon is worded you do need to purchase both of the products as it does say cottage cheese AND sour cream when printed. This may just be an extremely poorly worded coupon, however given that it says “AND” instead of “OR” I imagine you would have a difficult time trying to use it on just one of the products.
