In page 12 of this week’s Zellers flyer (Mar. 26 – Apr. 1, 2010) there is an ad for Buy 1 Get 1 FREE All Crayola Products. Regular price $1.97 – $24.99. Second item must be of equal or lesser value.
This is a fantastic sale for anyone out there looking for an alternative to chocolate/candy to fill their kids’ Easter baskets. Also great for birthday presents and loot bags.
Thanks to jayne_a for the heads up!
I bought alot of these today, but make sure you match up the prices to your advantage for the cashiers.
ie: 12.99, 9.99 free & 5.99, 3.99 free
My cashier wanted to give me both the cheaper items free, but i told her i wanted them stacked my way (example) b/c i would save more and it still followed their rules. So just keep an eye out. But other than that stock up and save big on this great deal!!!
Thanks for the tip! I was trying to think of items that weren’t just all candy and chocolates for Easter!
Jayne_a Wow, great idea! Works to your advantage! lol
May have to check this out for my neice 🙂
I’m going to check this out in a little bit. But knowing Zellers they probably don’t have much stock. Hopefully there’s still some left. I wish the registers would do the BOGO automatically. It would make it so much easier for the customer and the cashier. Great deal if you can get it though. I was looing for some Crayola pencil leads yesterday at Walmart. Theirs were $10 for 48 pack.
I went this morning to the Zellers at West Edmonton Mall and they had a great selection. They had so much I couldn’t decide so ended up buing way too much. Oh well, I love a good deal!!
It’s not in the London flyer on page 12…in fact I couldn’t find it anywhere in the flyer.
I personally hate Zellers, but I went there for this deal. I did what jayne_a did and made sure I grouped them to my best savings advantage.
Now I have Easter basket stuffers, stocking stuffers, and some pencil crayons for my class (I’m a teacher).
Great deal if you are a teacher! Good to stock up, especially at this time of the school year. I sure did today!
I went this weekend and told them I wanted them grouped my way and was told that the register would automatically just take the absolute lowest priced items. Had to do separate transactions which is a pain, but whatever works right?
It’s on page four actually – I didn’t see it either and was glad to see the sale advertised when we got to the store. I picked up four items for my boys and their best friend for Easter. A really great sale especially since my little guys seem to go through crayons like they go through milk!
Thanks for the tip. My daughter loves drawing and this would save a bunch!
