Addition-Elle has got to have the least worst website in the world. I haven’t managed to make a successful purchase there in years. You can’t tell the sale price of something until you put it in your cart. You roll over the blue thumbnail to see what the blue t-shirt looks like, and the image shows up in red. They list 18 different bra patterns, and you have to click through all 18 colours to find your size, only to discover that there are NO bras left, in ANY sizes. After a half hour perusing through their sale section, I went to check out and got an error message saying “Oops! We’re having problems shipping items and fulfilling orders! Please visit our stores.” ARGH WHY DON’T YOU PUT THAT INFORMATION ON THE FRONT EFFING PAGE. So frustrated with these numbskulls. I have written them three times about the functionality of their website, and they If there weren’t so few options for plus-size shoppers, I would give them up for good.
I meant to say the WORST website. Obviously. Let there be NO MISTAKE.
I am experiencing the same problems. It tells me to visit the store, well if the stores near me I would visit them rather then paying for shipping but they don’t and now the website does not work on sale day…so frustrating!!!!!
