I didn’t think you were legally allowed to discount stamps or put them on sale? Not sure why I thought this…I just did.
@ benji – I had never heard of that before. I do know, though, that Rexall/Pharma Plus usually puts stamps on sale more than once a year, and have been for a few years now.
@benji – I think the only restriction is that you can’t sell them for more then the set price. However, I had never heard of any store doing this until I moved close to Rexall, and I think they are the only store that does discount them.
Shoppers Drug Mart has discounted them by 10% a few times as well…not through their postal outlets…but at the checkout…
Love getting them early for all my Christmas cards, too!!!
