I applied for this some time ago so did DH and nothing has come.
Tried a while back, hope it comes.
I never got mine either… however I got my two complimentary any drink, any size vouchers for complaining that the java chips in the frappuchino kept getting stuck in my straw. And that took 3 weeks to get.
