   Maybe you have it on Chrome – I switched to Internet Explorer and mine worked fine

    Ya after first successful sample logged out and when i tried to log on on account number 2 i went crazy refreshing. im using chrome, deleted cookies and used ietab and it worked for me.
    Didn’t see one per household but i got it sent elsewhere anyways.

    I went into “in private browsing” (under “safety”) and it only refreshed itself a couple of times, then it was fine.

    My computer also got refreshing. Just close everything, open facebook, log in, and then search Febreze. Then go to Febreze “Wall”, and there you can see post of Febreze about the sample with the link to the application. Click on that and get the sample:)
