I did it early yesterday evening then got some error message in my junk mail from them – so then I signed up for medisource surveys (which requires your home address and your email address) So hopefully they will link the two and I will inevitably get the gift card.
Just looked up their contest Rules etc. They do contact you via email first apparently.
The winner of the grand prize will be randomly drawn by the Contest Judges one week after Contest Closing Date at 789 Don Mills Rd., Suite 400, Toronto, Ontario, from among all entries received. The first five (5) completed surveys drawn will be eligible to win one (1) gift card. The odds of winning are one (1) in 60. after googling mediresource I found a few more mini surveys that I ended up filling out – possibly expired – who knows -these ones all seemed to possibly win a shoppers drugmart gift card.
