I had the same problem both last night and this morning from my computer and phone so I think it must be a problem with the site.
I emailed them about it this morning, hopefuly they will respond.

Natalka, do you have the email address for them? When I click on the contact link, it opens up Outlook, which I’ve never set up on my computer. I’d like to email them from the account I use.

Can the post be removed, so that others not reading the comments don’t have to go through the same thing, especially when so much information is required? It seems rather invasive that they would need to know the URL for my blog and how many friends I have on facebook.

The captcha has been removed since this was posted, so you should be able to get it without issue
I was emailed back yesterday at noon and they said it was working fine now, but sorry didn’t check my email since then.
