Thanks! it came out to $14.95 with Shipping and Handling. I ordered glasses that had been marked as $98, so I think you can get any pair on the website. upgrades like tinting are extra, of course, but this includes scratch resistant coating and stuff like that.

Cleary Contacts? Hmm… never heard of them 🙂

  3. Mirian says:

I made an order when they advertised glasses for $39.

They exhasuted my patience with many errors and very bad customer service. After a lot of communication (mostly on my part) I never got my glasses.

To make a loooooooooooooooong story short, I will never endorse this company to anyone.

Thats too bad Mirian, having ordered 4 times,
one of them being the free glasses last Novemeber and another the $38 dollar offer I didn’t have any problems with them. The other two times was a pair of regular glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses.

Did you at least get a refund? I would of spoken to a manager or as high up as I could if I had troubles like that.

I ordered 5X and was happy with 4 of my orders. Returned the one wonky order (with them paying the shipping) and am expecting to have the problem lense corrected. Very, very happy with service and customer service.

  6. Gilly says:

Agreed– I have purchased all of my glasses there, and all of my husband’s contacts, ONE pair of glasses were not good on me, and I returned them, no problems. Love the company, and hope they are around for a LONG time!

  8. Sally says:

It appears that that they have given away their 500 pairs of glasses 🙂

these companies are what are killing businesses like mine. I am an optician and run an optometry office and I have 6 years of training to interpret prescriptions and measure and make glasses so it is so frustrating to have companies like clearly contacts out there! I have looked at the site and its crazy! Just my 2c worth as I feel these people are unprofessional. Certainly never ask me to adjust or fix any of their glasses… LOL

  10. Sally says:

Sure Samanttha I see your point but when it comes to my glasses being $300 cheaper at clearly contacts its not a hard choice.

Not only that but last time I got glasses at my optometrists I was charged $75 for a ‘fitting’

Do you know what my fitting was?

They set them on my head and said hmmn fit good.

thats it. $75 bucks to put them on my head.

  11. G says:

Sally- I agree, Besides, the ONLY place here for me is Walmart…… I know what style suits/fits me, and what size my frames are, and what my prescription is. I have spent oodles of money over the years, and couldn’t never afford more than a pair at a time. NOW I own 8… all different, my husband owns three, combining that with contact usage. NOT something I could afford to do if I went to Walmart, or elsewhere (I have a different color for everyday, and I finally DON’T hate wearing glasses!:) However, If I moved back to NS, I would go back to my family optometry office, and continue buying from them….But, that isn’t an option, so clearlycontacts.ca it is:) (Plus, I love online shopping, and stuff arriving at my door… I can be LAZY!)

Samantha—what was crazy about the site? Or unprofessional? I must have missed that part…..

WARNING: SAMANTHA IS A GREEDY PERSON MAKING UNREASONABLE PROFIT MARGINS AND IS SPREADING FUD (FEAR UNCERTAINTY AND DOUBT).

Change your business plan if you have competitors. Grow up. Charge less and stop stealing money from your customers you wimp. Stop posting lame messages on the internet and do something instead of complaining.

Clearly contacts is an amazing company! The customer service is great! The prices are excellent. I hope they will continue there great service!

  14. Charles says:

I am a new customer of Clearly Contacts – in fact I’m wearing them right now. It cost me $68 for this pair of glasses, including lens and everything. It even comes with scratch resistant, anti-glare and all those coatings that cost about $50 extra each at an optician’s. At Lenscrafters, even a clearance pair of glasses costs at least $300, which is just plain ridiculous. The quality is just as good, I can see better with them than my previous store-bought pair. I still go to the optician’s every year for a test, but why pay hundreds of dollars for glasses? I can understand it for people who need special lenses and so on, but at most opticians it’s even just the frame itself that costs up to $500 or more just because of the designer name. Seriously, opticians are very valuable for their professional advice, but why on earth does that translate into huge prices for products that people don’t really need? Why only sell designer frames that cost hundreds of dollars, when the patient’s medical condition can be solved by something much more reasonably priced? Lots of people don’t even bother to get their yearly check-up because if they need anything new, they get guilted to shell out several hundred.

P.S. I got a coupon code with my order – use “TELLAFRIEND” at Clearly Contacts and it should give you 20% off. Even if you don’t like them as much, $40 for a back-up pair is way better than anything you can get in any store.
