It is eastern time. I would recommend going right at midnight to snag these every night.
FYI – you need to be registered to the web site to get the bag, so if you are planning on trying to get one I would suggest registering during the day, then logging on at midnight. I tried last night and there were 6 left, but I had to register still! I knew they’d be gone by then, so I am going to fill everything out today and try again tonight
I managed to nab one finally! The site went down soon after… from..overload? haha
i got mine at 12:02 AM & by 12:08 AM there were none left. Crazy ! You have to be there exactly on the stroke of midnight, Cinderella !
I went on site about 8pm and they are available for the FOLLOWING day. Odd, but true. As of Feb 2, they are still giving the bags away, but as I said, you have to go on in the evening of the night BEFORE to get one.
FINALLY got this! there are now about 40 left for the rest of the day 🙂
