On at least 3 other occasions. I have printed off other free perfume sample coupons for the Bay. Each time when I have tried to redeem them at the perfume counter, they have never had them. The person at the counter usually takes my name and number and says she will call me when the samples come in. I am still waiting for those calls. Has anyone else had this happen to them. I am wondering if it is even worth trying again.
Ya this has happened to me and when they say they will call, they never will! You have to go within a day or 2 right when the sample comes in otherwise forget about it. Sometimes they get more tho but usually they will tell u. They didn’t have the Burberry Body when I went but the lady said she would get more on Thursday and when I went back they did have some.

Unless you’re in the market for this particular perfume, I think these are a waste of time. A lot of times, if you go up to the counter and seem interested in the perfume, they will give you a wide variety of samples, with no printable coupon required 🙂
went and picked this up at lunch at the bay Eaton Center.
Its a teeny tiny spritz bottle in a pink envelope 1.5ml aka 0.05 fl oz
Soooo not worth the trek OR going back for if they don’t have any left at your location.
Mar, that was what I was about to say! Just as an example, my local SDM will give me a lot of great samples, especially when I’m spending money on a 20x or Bonus Redemption day!!
They never get these samples in at The Bay in Sydney, NS. I feel very condescended to every time I go in, and have decided not to go anymore. Last time I had a Lancome coupon for a 7 day trial. They had a huge stack of them on the counter with notes attached to each one. The sales woman explained to me that they put all the samples away for their clients, (“people who spend money here frequently”). And me standing there with a coupon. Not impressed!
In response to Jenny, that’s exactly how I feel every time I go to the perfume counters. I think we all know they’re there to sell and therefore some of them can be very snotty and catty at times (no offence to those who work at perfume counters). That’s why I never use these perfume sample coupons. Not only is it hard to leave the perfume counter with only the trial size due to pressure from salespeople, I feel a little cheap walking in with a coupon for a trial size. I would rather use a coupon somewhere else where it will actually save me a few dollars and I won’t be looked down on.
