Anyone else having trouble signing in to this site? I’ve tried my email & password, and it doesn’t work. I tried having them e-mail it to me, and I get the e-mail but where it tells you the password, it’s just blank. 🙁

I JUST SUBMITTED MINE AND I HAD NO PROBLEM LOGGING IN.
SOME OF THE SITES ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE IE9. I HAD THAT PROBLEM WITH THE HUGGIES WEBSITE. THE MINUTE I SWITCHED BACK TO IE8 I HAD NO PROBLEMS LOGGING IN.

Worked for me with Firefox 7. For the recipient, eventhough I specified Canada, I couldn’t get the provinces to come up nor was I allowed to put in a postal code. Put all that in the city info and then faked State and zip. I hope it works for my recipient.

I couldn’t log into my previous account either. It says my e-mail exists in their database, but when I request for my forgotten password, I get a e-mail with a blank password.
In the end, I gave up and signed up for a new account using a different e-mail address of mine. It worked fine. For those having trouble, you might want to try this too.

I couldn’t sign in and I got the blank password too when I requested it. I wrote to Kleenex and they responded that this offer was only for residents of US but they would have a Canadian website soon.
Ya it worked on Firefox, but not on IE.
the same thing happened to me, i just carried on and put in a new password twice as though creating a new account and it worked.

Thank you, NO. I and many of my friends, acquaintances and business associates have had severe allergic reactions to all their products with added scents, moisturizers etc. We are wondering why they keep adding products that cause asthma. It cetainly isn’t for the benefit of consumers. Don’t they ever think these marketing plans through?
