Hi Sharpie,
Thanks so much for posting this. Band aids are expensive, and my little boy seems to like using them as fashion accessories, even when there is no visible boo boo. I’m definitely getting a baby sitter on the 6th so I can be sure to get in on this freebie.
Yours in boo boos,
Sally
Good plan Sally! Be sure to have a back-up sitter just in case, as these go super fast! With the summer boo boo season upon us, you can bet these will be mega hot items. I know these have oodles of uses – sealing envelopes, fixing leaky pipes, removing unwanted hair, and even as creative sticky notes. I can’t wait!
I like trying bandages because I need them at work every day as I have chemical burns and cannot use gloves as I do cash. Some to not fit or st ay on-I have samples coming from other companies-if they r better our work will buy them!
I have used them for hair removal before too, though only as a secondary use Rob. I wish they made band aids in more skin colours though, since not all skin colours are the same as the people who make them.
Mary, have you tried the liquid bandages?
7:30 eastern time still not active
810am et not up yet!
As the fish said, “I’m waiting with bated breath!” In reply, the bathroom scale exclaimed, “I can’t stand the wait!” I wish they would hurry up and post the freebie – it’s not like I have all day to sit here in anticipation of free Band Aids to the exclusion of work, family, fresh air, and friends! Oh wait. Maybe I can. 6:43 and nothing yet! I’ll check back between 6:46 and 6:47 and let everyone know what’s happening.
850 eastern still not up yet
Still nothing. It’s still on the Tylenol promotion (which I could probably use since my “Refresh” button finger is aching terribly). As the fence said, “I’ll keep you posted!”
10:15 am still not active
All this trouble for one lousy free bandaid! Unreal!
LOL, what we won’t do for free stuff, haha Still nothing at 1055am et!

I was all excited because i thought i was the 2nd person to get it… but it still says 3999 left! Oh well, as long as i get some free bandaids I’m happy! 🙂
YAHOO!
the site is really slow and it still says 3999 but I got in thanx
Thanks, said 3999 for me too?????
it’s still stuck on 3999….
10:21 am here and it’s up 😀 and also stuck at 3,999.. odd.
Why do people insist on being so selfish and ordering more than one sample when there are so few samples available to start?
I AGREE JILL NO REASON TO BE GREEDY, THEY HAVE THEM EVERY 6 WEEKS IT SEEMS FOR THE BANDAIDS…….SITE SHOULD HAVE A SECURITY THING SO THAT DUPLICATE ORDERS CANCEL ALL ORDERS LIKE SOME OF THE BIGGER SITES
10:30pm out west …. still at 3999
I ordered one but it STILL says 3999 left and they have been “on” for over an hour. Maybe the site isn’t working properly and I won’t be receiving anything!
STILL 3999 LEFT???
Now I’m wondering if I’ll get mine…Had a heck of a time putting that darn security code. It took 4 times to get it right.
Prarie girl…. I had the same problem with the security code. It took me four times to get in as well, then I remembered this has happened to me before with their security code: Helpful hint double click on the code and it will go through the first time! Good luck to the others.
@ Prairie girl
Same here, I had to enter the security code four time, WTH??
I ordered a free sample, but it is still showing 3999 left… Wierd
lol for the security code… it should be “case sensitive”.
how the heck we can distinguish a W from a w?… or even a P from a p in that picture???
I got mine! Yeah!!!
Still at 3999… :S
Is this for a full size box?
Wow that security code is bad. Took me 5 tries to get one right.
Yes the security code is bad- I took 3 tries too. I think the sample is just one band aid.
Same here… still 3999 left
I do not think that it is worrking if you go back the #s left have not changed.
its now only at 3998
Just checked to see if it was still at 3999 and it says 0, all gone.
They have ran out of samples
We’re Sorry; the first 4,000 customers have already claimed this offer.
Managed to get about 20 in. Hope I get it all.. yippee
AGAIN WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO APPLY FOR 20 WHEN OTHERS WONT GET THE SAMPLE??? THAT IS SELFISH SORRY…..BUT I NEVER APPLY FOR MORE THAN ONE…..THEY COME UP TOO OFTEN……AND LOOK DOVES NEVER GOT A SAMPLE SORRY DOVES
lol 56 comments about a free bandaid..
Jillian – it is for ONE band aid, not a full box.
Julie Coxx – You are exactly what I was referring to before. SELFISH. only 4000 samples available across the entire country and you felt entitled to twenty of them. No wonder Living Well samples run out so quickly. People like you and all the others that signed up for more than one.
i got 1!
If I could, I’d apply for 100 next time. Oh yes, that will be my mission, selfish little me.. the band-aid bandit who stole all the ONE band-aid samples from citizen of this great nation from East to West. Seriously, can you be more dramatic!?
Let’s come clean everyone. Be truthful. I do not believe I’m the only one who applied for more than 1. What am I going to do with ONE band-aid?
Jill – you call me selfish, I call you naive.
it’s called a TRIAL sample for a reason. Try it. If you like it, buy it.
Band-aid Patrol Jill,
Bet you aced your English!
LOL all this over bandaids.
Even if you didn’t get one and all the “selfish” people took one, go to your doctor and get 100 free bandaids. Why complain about not being able to get ONE free bandaid.
not to be rude but have u ever actually received ALL of those samples? have u done this before when they had the offer up? can someone please verify if it says ANY WHERE on livingwell.ca if its limit 1 per household. the only way i can see anyone getting more than 1 sample is to have a different address and email for each sample they request.
i think you guys are missing the point. as well, i am not the only one who commented on this, nor am i the only one who feels this way. i even posted a thread for debate in the forums. it’s more than just a free band aid, in my opinion. companies will not offer these samples to us if they don’t get any discernible increase in profits after a giveaway. it’s a marketing scheme but it only pays off if profits go up. they assume everyone will play fair and by the rules. they assume a portion of those who accept a free sample will later go out and buy the product.
(excuse me for not using proper capitals when typing on a web forum. i assure you, my english is quite fine.)
Christine it does say 1 per household.
Miss April. It is not that fact that they didn’t receive the ONE BANDAID. It isn’t about getting it, its the principle of the matter.it is the fact that the above poster abused the concept. Why would you want 20 samples its kind of disgusting and they are ruining it for us
I agree with Jill. Personnaly, I applied for 3 samples. But two of them were for family members who wanted the sample and don’t have the informatic skills or equipment to do so.
We should respect the “spirit” of such offer if we want it to last.
julie I will say I did not intend for my comment to be a personal attack and I apologize for my choice of words. I was trying to express that i do not agree with your methods. that’s all!
Thank u Jill. that s what i figured. And i agree w/ you cliff, it takes one bad apple to spoil the rest.
Thanks Jill, i thought so.
You can try to get more than one but I think that they will know if you order more than that the offer last week I did not get now I know why when others try to get more than one thanks .
I didn’t get any bandaids, but am I going to whine about it? No because I am not a child and this offer is up so often there is no need to cry.
Move on.
I don’t understand, is it for one? or a box? It just seems silly of them just to mail one!
I think anyone who devoted this much time to the bandaid campaign deserves all the free bandaids as they can carry.
The offer should limit one per address,as many other offers do.If you try to get two a message comes up saying, you have already applied for the sample.I never try to get more than one of the livingwell samples, got they’re reactine sample today…
I’m quite upset to learn that people are ordering 20 samples when I can’t even get a hold of one. I was checking the site constantly and it wasn’t up. I go take a nap after a baby feeding and now they’re all gone. If it was 4000 households ordering these samples, I wouldn’t be so pissed. However, greedy selfish people out there have decided that I and others who missed out don’t deserve to try products for free too.
Get a grip people, it’s just a single bandaid. Pissed and upset over not getting your single bandaid sample is somewhat nutty don’t you think?
