Patience is needed. I think the web site is waiting until an “even” time when the west coast and the east coast can access it. In the pasr, if they start the offer at 9am EST, it would be out of stock (so to speak) by the time our west coasters logged on….so you just have to wait and be paitent….check every half hour or so, eventually it will be up and accessible by all of us
